Your appointments are very important to me. It is a reserved time especially for you. I understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary, therefore, I respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for any cancellations or appointment changes.

STRICT AND ENFORCED 24 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY

Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, The Pink Pineapple Wax Bar misses the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on my waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. We try to remind/confirm appointments 24-48 hours in advance but please know that even if The Pink Pineapple Wax Bar is not able to reach you, you are still responsible for remembering the appointment that you booked. Since the services are reserved for you personally, a Cancellation fee will apply.

 - Less than 24 hour notice will result in a 50% of the reserved service amount for any appointments.

- “NO SHOWS" will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount.

- Appointments made within the 24 hour period and need to cancel, the client then must cancel within 4 hours of appointment time or 50% of the reserved service amount will be assessed.

In order to book your next appointment your service charges must be paid in full or the charge will be added to your next appointment.

LATE / TARDY POLICY

The Pink Pineapple Wax Bar will make every effort to accommodate late clients, running behind, stuck in traffic, etc. It happens, I know! However, your tardiness can affect the remainder of the day by delaying my remaining clients who come in on time. For this reason we have set a few general rules for such situations. Clients will be given a 5-10 minute grace period, after 10 minutes the appointment may be cancelled, but still require a 50% service charge.  If being late means the client has to forgo a portion of their services, they will still be charged for the services that are performed and a 50% service charge for those that were booked but time did not allow for them to be performed.

These policies allow me the time to inform any standby guests of any availability, as well as keeping my schedule filled, thus better serving everyone. Thank you for viewing and supporting our policies.
